Micah and Brett planned a wedding at fort fisher shortly before I met with them. Since my office is only a couple mins from fort fisher, I was excited to hear more about their plans. They intended to keep everything on the island ( pleasure island ), but unfortunately there are currently not many reception venues in Carolina or Kure beach. I suggested to them to go downtown and check out The Baloncy on Dock. It is one of my favorite venues, and I had a feeling they would love it. Well thankfully, the Balcony had availability the weekend of their wedding! Fort Fisher and The Balcony go beautifully together. Working with Micah and Brett was like working with old friends. I always felt so comfortable around the entire family, and the wedding day was no different.
The wedding was outside on the most gorgeous, and probably the warmest day in OctoberHere are a few highlights from their beautiful day…Balcony on Dock Florist-Jan Marshall of Marshall Gardens
