When Sara + I were discussing their engagement session, all she knew was that she wanted “rustic.”  She and Casey searched to find the perfect spot, and guess where we ended up… Downtown Wilmington You really don’t have to travel far when there is historic beauty right here at home.  I have loved downtown since the very first time I came here to visit, and I fall a little more in love, every time I’m down there.  I love shooting in the hidden little spots, that most people might walk right by.  A lot of people want to avoid doing sessions downtown because it has been “over-done” but I completely disagree.  With a little creativity you can discover a new look to any town.   I think we accomplished that beautifully during Sara and Casey’s engagement session. I am very much looking forward to their wedding next June, where I’ll be working with some of the best in the business; 128 catering and events and Fiore Fine Flowers, just to name a couple.
