I love this family! I met Leon several years ago when I was interviewing for 2nd shooting. He worked with me for a while, and we always had a great time together. Leon always talked a lot about his family, so it was really nice when I finally got to meet them. They are one of those families that make you so excited to start having babies 🙂 You can check out one of my favorite sessions of this family here.
This year, since I wasn’t in California to do their family session, associate photographer Patty took the lead 🙂 The decided on Old Town for their location and it must be because of the historic feel I decided to do this post all in black and white. I absolutely adore color, but I am also madly in love with the dramatic and emotional feel of black and white. ( don’t worry Leon, there is plenty of color in the proofs 🙂
