This family is very special to me. John Moon, or Moon, as I have always know him, went to college with my husband and stood by his side at our wedding. His ridiculously gorgeous wife feels like an old friend of mine even though we never actually met until this shoot. There is a lot to be said for making connections through facebook 🙂 As soon as I saw LaVonne, I felt like we had known each other our entire lives.
As soon as I walked into the house I could feel that “new baby buz.” It instantly brought back all those feelings I had the day and weeks following Jack’s ( my son) birth. It’s amazing that was 19 months ago!!
Baby Gabriella was such a precious little angel the entire time. She is definitely one of the most beautiful newborns I have ever seen. I don’t photograph a lot of newborns, not because I don’t love it, it’s just not my specialty 🙂 I actually love that I don’t do it very often, because it makes it so much more special when I do. I could go on longer about how enjoyable the shoot was, how much I love this family, and even how much fun I had editing…
