This Romantic Wilmington NC engagement session has me loving my job, and super inspired yet again. There has been a common theme around this blog lately; engagement sessions, natural backdrops, and romantic light. If you haven’t noticed, I am busy working withmy couples on their engagement shoots preparing for their fall 2018 and spring 2019 weddings. I have been so inspired by natural backdrops and golden light.
There is always a magical moment during each shoot where we are just FEELING IT, and everything is just clicking!!! This is my favorite portion of every shoot. I am super inspired, everything is just flowing, and my client is totally feeling it. I can always tell when they have transitioned through the feelings of “this is so weird” to “this is so much fun.” It is soooo not normal to be followed around by someone with a camera while you laugh, and kiss, and play. Once you get the hang of it though, it really is fun, and oh my goodness the photos are so WORTH IT!!!! Also, fyi, I will completely guide you through the whole process. I will pose you and “direct” you just enough to be and feel natural, all the while looking super fabulous in the process 😉
