Wilmington NC Fitness Studio Commercial Shoot
A Body Empowered fitness studio opening soon in Wilmington, NC. I am so excited to be working on a really inspiring and fulfilling project. Everyone that knows me knows my story, but for those of you just discovering my work, you might not know this, so I’ll share a shortened version.
Two years ago I was in a dark place in my life. I was depressed and out of shape. I followed a nudge from the Universe, and I walked in a random boot camp class at Gold’s Gym. Little did I know this was a life changing decision. That day, October 15, 2015 ( yeah I told you it was life changing ) I met Amy McCauley. Since that day, I have transformed, both on the outside and the inside. I have transformed from a depressed, lonely, out of shape mom of two, into a shining, happy, strong, woman, in the very best shape of my life at 37.
I am beyond excited to share the news that Amy McCauley is finally opening her own fitness studio. It is called ‘A Body Empowered’ and the doors will be opening in just a few short weeks. Due to my overwhelming gratitude for Amy and all she has done for me, I was absolutely THRILLED to sign on as her official photographer. I have been completely consumed with this project for the last three weeks, and I have been overflowing with inspiration. There have been several parts to our project, and once her website is live, I will share them all. For now, I’m going to share the session that means the most to me. I have had a vision of taking Amy out to Fort Fisher and photographing her for about a year now. Recently, this dream manifested, and to say I was INSPIRED, would be a great understatement.
Amy has become not only my trainer and mentor, but she has become a very dear friend. I can assure you, this will not be the last you have heard of this studio.
